Doctors Admit: Saturated Fats aren’t so bad

Coconut oil, along with all other foods containing saturated fats, used to be regarded as unhealthy.

Doctors would often warn against consumption of saturated fats, saying they were responsible for heart disease and other various health concerns. As a result, many followed a movement to remove saturated fat from their diet, replacing it with sugars and refined carbohydrates.
However, recent studies have proven otherwise. Numerous doctors now admit they were wrong to attribute saturated fats with the numerous health concerns they supposedly cause. In fact, the studies identified refined carbohydrates as one of the major contributor to heart disease, diabetes, obesity, Alzheimer’s and other health problems.
